Vovinam Việt Võ Đạo Discipline

In response to the demand for growth of our discipline, the Grandmaster of Vovinam Việt Võ Đao hereby decides:

Item 1.
The establishment of the Council of Masters Overseas Networks of Vovinam-Việt Võ Đạo, called Masters Council Overseas for short. The Council of Masters Overseas Networks of Vovinam-Việt Võ Đạo is an organizational structure of the discipline which has responsibility of building the networks and overseeing all discipline activities outside of Vietnam.

Item 2.
The Council of Masters Overseas Networks coordinates closely with the Council of Managing Masters to maintain cohesive actions.

Item 3.
The Council of Masters Overseas Networks consists of the following provisional officers appointed by the Grandmaster as follows:

1. Master Diệp Khôi - Australia
2. Master Trang Phước Đức - Europe
3. Master Lương Vui - America
4. Master Vũ Đức Thọ - America
5. Master Nguyễn Minh Hải - America

Item 4.
A chairman will be elected in alternating fashion by the council members to oversee the activities of the council.

A bylaw will be created and agreed unanimously by the council members, which will be forwarded to the Council of Managing Masters for reference.

Item 5.
Based on needs, the council membership may include up to 7 members. The additional council members will be ratified by the council; and the Council can independently form other supporting sub-organizational structures as necessary.

Item 6.
This decision has effect on the date of signature. All organizations of Vovinam-Việt Võ Đạo discipline and the individuals named in Item 3 above are responsible for implementing this decision.
